The Power of Nine

A novena (from the Latin novem, meaning nine) is a tradition of devotional praying in Christianity, consisting of private or public prayers repeated for nine successive days or weeks.

Popular Novenas

  • Novena to the Holy Spirit: The original novena, prayed between Ascension and Pentecost.
  • Surrender Novena: A beautiful prayer for trust in God's providence.
  • Novena to St. Joseph: For employment, housing, and family needs.
